Kamilla Tekiela is a junior studying computer science. For the past year, she has been working on a report evaluating gender differences at MIT in terms of opportunities and environment at the undergraduate and graduate level. In addition to being passionate about gender equality, Kamilla is also interested in applying computer science to healthcare and medicine. She is currently a UROP at the Little Devices Lab, working on an app that analyzes pathogen-detecting diagnostic tests. Kamilla is also an officer in her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta, and a member of the Community Catalyst Leadership Program.
